Brook Architecture designed the renovation of a 3,490 SF restaurant located on the West Campus. The existing kitchen and main dining room were gutted and received new appliances and upgraded finishes. The project gave new life to an aging facility that was once an “All you care to eat” facility.

Brook provided programming, space planning, and construction documents that detailed new walls, millwork, lighting, furniture, and finishes. Brook managed the kitchen consultant’s development of the kitchen and preparation area, as well as the MEP engineers who incorporated the new work into the utility services of the existing building.
