Located in the south side neighborhood of Woodlawn, Keystone Place is one of Chicago Housing Authority’s mixed-income rental developments. The 19 scattered-site buildings provide 69 affordable and market rate units. Brook provided complete pre-design and design services.

Brook surveyed the neighborhood housing stock and developed a characteristic summary of several blocks. The study informed the design of the two-, three- and six-flat building types for the development. Services included presentations to the Department of Planning and Development, construction documents and construction administration.
