Brook designed two prototypes for the Chicago Housing Authority’s new Park Boulevard development. The spacious 2,600 SF single-family home has four bedrooms and a den. The four-unit duplex –over- duplex building offers its residence more than 1,600 SF with 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. In addition to design, Brook provided construction documents and contract administration.
