Brook is designing two Precast Concrete, 3-story walk- ups for the Parkside Old Town Community in the city’s Near North area. Unit mix includes one-, two-, three-bedroom flats and four-bedroom townhome style units containing a total of 24 units. The aggressive schedule calls for construction documents to be completed in Spring of 2023. This is part of the final phase of the Parkside development and will provide much-needed Chicago Housing Authority replacement housing for returning tenants.
